Who we are
SpotlessReviews (“we”) is a pre-launch product for UK cleaning businesses. The data controller is David Mc Feely, trading as SpotlessReviews. Contact: hello@spotlessreviews.co.uk.
What we collect and why
When you join the waiting list we store your email address, the time you signed up, and (if you arrived from an advert) which advert brought you here. We use this to let you know when SpotlessReviews launches, to honour founding-member pricing you reserve, and to measure which adverts work. Legal basis: consent, which you give by submitting the form.
What we don’t do
No selling or sharing of your email. No marketing beyond SpotlessReviews launch updates. No cookies beyond privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible).
Storage and retention
Your data is stored with our database provider (Neon, EU region) and kept until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time — email hello@spotlessreviews.co.uk and we’ll action it within 30 days. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you’re unhappy with how we handle your data.
